Terms of service
These terms cover every purchase from home, softly at homesoftly.com. By placing an order you agree to them.
Who sells to you
The seller is AREION QUANTUM, s.r.o., Chvalská 718, 198 00 Praha, Czechia, company ID 19621809. You can reach us at hello@homesoftly.com.
What you buy
Digital files for download, such as printable guides, workbooks and worksheets, as PDF or spreadsheet files. The page of each product lists exactly which files it includes. Nothing is shipped. The files are available on the thank-you page right after payment and in your order confirmation email.
Price and payment
Prices are in US dollars (USD). Any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place the order.
What you may do with the files
The files are for you and your own household. You may print them, save them on your devices and fill them in for your own dogs as often as you like.
You may not share, resell, upload, post or pass on the files or any part of them, whether free or for money. If someone else would find them useful, send them to homesoftly.com.
Refunds
Each product comes with its own use-it guarantee:
Home Alone, Step by Step. If the guide doesn't help, email us within 30 days of purchase and we refund you in full. No forms, no log required. This is on top of your rights under consumer law.
The Keep-or-Rehome Workbook. Fill in the first three parts of the workbook: the snapshot, the incident log and the page that reads the log back. If they haven’t made the options clearer, email us photos of those pages within 30 days of purchase and we refund you in full. This is on top of your rights under consumer law.
The Sitter & Family Handover Kit. If the kit doesn't help, email us within 30 days of purchase and we refund you in full. No forms, no tables required. This is on top of your rights under consumer law.
If a file is damaged, missing or will not open, we send a working copy, and if we cannot, we refund the full price. The details are in our Refund policy. Online purchases in the European Union normally come with a right of withdrawal of 14 days; for digital content delivered straight away it ends once the download is available, and by completing your order you ask for immediate delivery and confirm that you lose it.
Not veterinary advice
Our guides and workbooks explain methods and the research behind them. They do not replace a veterinarian or a qualified behaviour professional, and they do not diagnose your dog or advise on medication. If your dog hurts itself or someone else, stops eating, or shows panic, fear or aggression that gets worse instead of better, contact your vet. You decide how to apply what you read with your own dog and remain responsible for its safety and the safety of the people around it.
Our responsibility
We take care that the files are complete and that they open. If a file is damaged or missing, write to us and we will send it again or refund you. We cannot promise a particular result with your dog, because every dog and every home is different. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version shown on this page on the day of your order applies to that order.
