Shipping policy

Nothing is posted. Everything you buy from home, softly is a digital file that you download.

Where your files are. Right after payment, the thank-you page shows a download link for each file of each product you bought. The same links are in your order confirmation email, so you can come back to them later from any device.

When they arrive. At once. The confirmation email usually lands within a few minutes of payment.

What you get. The page of each product lists its files and what opens them. PDFs open in any PDF reader. Spreadsheets open in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.

If the email does not come. Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is not there, or a link does not work, write to hello@homesoftly.com from the address you used at checkout and we will send the files again.

Cost. There is nothing to pay on top of the price at checkout, wherever you live.
