Refund policy

Every guide and workbook from home, softly comes with a use-it guarantee. What it asks of you depends on the product, so each one is set out below, in the same words as on its page.

Home Alone, Step by Step. If the guide doesn't help, email us within 30 days of purchase and we refund you in full. No forms, no log required. This is on top of your rights under consumer law.

The Keep-or-Rehome Workbook. Fill in the first three parts of the workbook: the snapshot, the incident log and the page that reads the log back. If they haven’t made the options clearer, email us photos of those pages within 30 days of purchase and we refund you in full. This is on top of your rights under consumer law.

The Sitter & Family Handover Kit. If the kit doesn't help, email us within 30 days of purchase and we refund you in full. No forms, no tables required. This is on top of your rights under consumer law.

How to claim it. Reply to your order confirmation email or write to hello@homesoftly.com. Tell us which product it is about and attach what its guarantee asks for. We refund the full price of that product to the payment method you used.

If a file does not work. If a file is damaged, missing or will not open, reply to your order confirmation email or write to the store email in the footer. We send a working copy, and if we cannot, we refund the full price.

Charged twice. If you bought the same product twice by mistake, write to us and we refund the second order.

Your rights under the law. Nothing in this policy limits a right you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.

Customers in the European Union. Online purchases in the EU normally come with a right of withdrawal of 14 days. For digital content delivered straight away, that right ends once the download is available to you. By completing your order you ask us to deliver the files immediately and you confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal. The guarantee above still applies. Nothing in this policy limits any other right you have under the consumer law of your country.
